What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary by product. Chocolate business cards start at 50 units. Branded gift boxes and hospitality packages typically start at 12–24 pieces. For smaller occasions — a wedding table, a milestone gift — we have options that work at lower quantities. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll find the right fit.
How long does production take?
Standard orders ship within 7–14 business days from design approval. Rush production is available for tighter timelines — please mention your event date when you request a quote so we can confirm availability. Orders that include a custom proof or sample review add 3–5 days before production begins.
Can you match our brand colors and logo exactly?
Yes. We work from your logo files and brand guidelines to match colors, typography, and visual style as closely as the medium allows. Chocolate is a natural material, so we’ll always walk you through what translates beautifully and what we recommend adjusting — before anything goes into production.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We design and produce from Los Angeles and ship to all 48 contiguous states. Chocolate is temperature-sensitive, so we use insulated packaging and select carriers and shipping speeds based on your delivery location and the time of year. We’ll confirm the best shipping method when your order is ready.
Will I see a proof or sample before production starts?
For custom logo work, we prepare a digital proof for your approval before production begins. For larger orders or clients who want to evaluate chocolate quality and packaging in person, we recommend starting with a sample box — its cost is credited toward your first order over $500.
